Refund and Exchange Policy
- If the product received is defective or not in proper condition then you may ask for a refund and we can refund (only paid amount for books will be refunded) or exchange the product within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the product back.
- If the product was paid for by Debit/Credit card, the refund amount will be issued to the card, the details of which are provided at the time of purchase.
- If paid using Payment Gateway, the refund amount will be issued to the same account, details of which are provided at the time of purchase.
- There will be no exchange/refund for products ordered under the categories or sub-categories belonging to forms & stationery, E-learning, software and utilities.
